To create an account, you must agree to our terms of agreement.
Terms of agreement:
- By creating an account through @Jake (Stacy's Best Friend) or https://sullynode.com/, you agree that your account can be closed at any time for any reason, under the discretion of Mr. Sullivan and anyone else on the SullyNode team. If your account is closed, SullyNode will return your funds to an address provided by you, the user. If no address is provided after over two weeks of attempted contact (at the discretion of any member of Sullivan Shared Masternode Services LLC), you agree to your funds being donated to the SullyNode team.
By creating an account, you agree you are over the age of 18.
Agreement Not to Sue.
I HEREBY AGREE THAT I, MY HEIRS, DISTRIBUTEES, GUARDIANS, PARENTS, SUCCESSORS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND ASSIGNS WILL NOT MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST, SUE, DEMAND COMPENSATION OR INDEMNITY FROM, OR ATTACH ANY OF THE PROPERTY OR ASSETS OF, THE RELEASED PARTIES, and each of them, for any loss of digital currency or any other assets, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may be sustained or suffered by me or any other person as a direct or indirect consequence of my participation, or the participation of any other person, in the usage of the services provided by Sullivan Shared Masternodes LLC, including, without limitation, the loss of funds due to a data breach or hacked account, whether caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties or otherwise.
By agreeing to these terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement to said terms.
